The #9700 Tri-Lobe Taptite® Gage provides a fast, accurate, and repeatable method for measuring the “C” dimension of tri-lobular and Taptite® style screws.

Designed for use with either mechanical or digital dial indicators, the 9700 Series is engineered for SPC-capable production inspection and high-volume quality control environments.

The system supports diameter ranges from #4 through 3/4 inch (M3 – M19), covering common tri-lobular fastener sizes used in automotive, appliance, and industrial applications.

A protected precision stroke bearing assembly and repeatable spring force ensure consistent measurement pressure and highly repeatable readings across the entire range of travel.
