9500 Series Fastener Recess Checker Gage
The Universal Punch 9500 Series Fastener Recess Checker Gage provides a fast, accurate, and repeatable method for measuring misalignment and runout in both internal and external fastener drive recesses.
Using a single-element probe and carrier system, this gage inspects a wide range of fastener drive geometries without the need for collets. By mounting an electronic digital indicator, SPC data may be downloaded directly to most data collectors for production monitoring.
