Utilizing precision linear bearings, the 2-Point Gage Frame ensures accurate linear movement and consistent measuring force throughout the measuring range.
The 180° frame design provides the optimal method for inspecting functional thread size and related geometry. Interchangeable gaging segments are available for standard and special thread forms and may be Titanium-Nitride (TiN) coated to increase surface hardness and extend service life.
Durable frame construction and positive alignment allow parts to be measured directly at the machine, reducing inspection time and improving process control.
