Universal Punch 9100 Series Penetration Gaging Stations provide a fast, accurate, and repeatable method for measuring recess penetration depth in cross recessed fasteners.
Designed for both shop floor and inspection room use, this organized system utilizes a single electronic digital indicator to measure the depth of recesses in fasteners manufactured to ANSI/ASME, DIN, and JIS standards.
All steel components are hard chrome plated for durability in harsh production environments. The quick-change probe feature allows operators to conveniently change probe assemblies, reducing inspection time and improving throughput.
The system offers SPC output capability and may be connected directly to most data processors for real-time process monitoring and statistical quality control.
