All internal gaging elements are Titanium-Nitride (TiN) coated for maximum wear resistance. This coating protects the surface and provides additional hardness that extends element life and improves long-term system stability.
With a master thread setting ring gage, adjustments can be made in seconds to the actual size. This reduces inspection time to a fraction of that required when inspecting parts with traditional GO-NOT GO plug gages.
