9200 Series Wobble Gage & Gaging Fixtures
Drive Recess Compatibility & Wobble Inspection System
The Universal Punch 9200 Series Wobble Gage provides a means for determining the compatibility of cross recesses in fastener heads with companion screwdrivers.
This system indicates the point where deviation in recess contour affects driver engagement and identifies recesses exhibiting excessive wobble characteristics prior to torque application.
Recesses with excessive wobble may cause drive cam-out, recess damage, or accelerated driver wear.
