#9500 Digital Runout & Recess Concentricity Checker System
The #9500 Digital Runout Recess Checker Gage System is engineered to measure misalignment and eccentricity in both internal and external fastener drive systems.
This precision inspection platform provides a fast, accurate, and repeatable method for verifying fastener recess runout, recess punch tooling accuracy, and external drive concentricity without the use of collets.
The single-element probe system utilizes one carrier and indicator assembly to inspect multiple fastener drive recess types from #4 through 1/2 inch (M12 equivalent).
An optional external drive checker attachment is available for inspecting hex heads, across flats, and across corners.
The #9500 system supports Total Indicator Runout (TIR) measurement and is fully compatible with SPC digital output systems.
