#9300 Torsional Strength Testing Fixture – ASME B18 Compliant
The #9300 Torsional Strength Testing Fixture is a precision laboratory system designed to evaluate torsional strength, drive torque performance, and ductility characteristics of tapping screws and machine screws.
Manufactured to meet ASME B18.6.4 and ASME B18.6.5M performance requirements, the 9300 Series supports testing standards specified by ANSI, ASME, SAE, GM, Ford, Chrysler, JIS, ISO, and other international specifications.
These standards require fasteners to be tested for:
• Ductility
• Torsional strength
• Drive test performance
• Drive torque
• Hydrogen embrittlement verification
The 9300 System provides all required testing attachments and accessories to perform controlled torsional evaluations using standard or electronic torque wrenches with digital data output capability.
The fixture ensures secure fastener clamping, repeatable alignment, and accurate torque application for laboratory and production validation environments.
Ideal for:
• Fastener manufacturers
• Automotive suppliers
• Aerospace manufacturers
• Quality control laboratories
• Materials testing facilities
• Failure analysis departments
