#9045 Offset Cruciform Penetration Gage
The #9045 Offset Cruciform Penetration Gage is a precision inspection instrument designed to measure recess penetration depth in Torq-Set ribbed Offset Cruciform screws.
Manufactured in accordance with NAS0025, NASM14191, and NASM33781 standards, the 9045 Series verifies proper recess depth and geometry conformity for aerospace and military specification fasteners.
Offset Cruciform recesses are engineered to provide superior torque transmission and reduced cam-out under critical assembly conditions. Accurate penetration depth control is essential to ensure proper driver engagement and structural reliability.
The 9045 Series utilizes a dial indicator based measurement system to determine recess penetration depth relative to the fastener head surface.
