#9044 Offset Cruciform GO / NO-GO Gage
The #9044 Offset Cruciform GO / NO-GO Gage is a precision inspection tool designed to verify driver engagement geometry for metric Torq-Set ribbed cruciform recess fasteners.
Manufactured in accordance with ISO 14277, ISO 14278, and ISO 7794 standards, the 9044 Series provides functional GO (A) and NOT GO (C) verification for Offset Cruciform driver systems used in aerospace and high-performance industrial applications.
Offset Cruciform, commonly referred to as Torq-Set, utilizes a ribbed, offset cruciform geometry engineered to reduce cam-out and increase torque transmission reliability.
The 9044 Series verifies proper driver conformity using dedicated GO and NOT GO gage ends.
Available metric sizes:
9044-1.6 – M1.6
9044-2.0 – M2
9044-2.5 – M2.5
9044-3.0 – M3
9044-3.5 – M3.5

Gage Type (A) – GOGage Type (C) – NOT GO
The GO end verifies acceptable minimum engagement conformity. The NOT GO end ensures driver geometry does not exceed maximum allowable ISO tolerances.
The 9044 Series is ideal for:
• Aerospace fastener manufacturers
• International OEMs
• Defense contractors
• Global MRO facilities
• Quality inspection laboratories
Gage probes are heat treated, thermally stabilized, and surface treated to maximize wear resistance and dimensional stability.
Long form calibration certificates provide dimensional verification and traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology, NIST.
The 9044 Series delivers ISO-compliant driver verification for Offset Cruciform Torq-Set systems.
