#2190 6-Lobe (TX) Production GO / NO-GO Gage
The #2190 6-Lobe (TX) Production GO / NO-GO Gage is an external manufacturing inspection tool designed to verify recess head configuration during active production.
Engineered for high-volume manufacturing environments, the 2190 Series provides dual GO and NO-GO inspection capability within a single gage body. This ensures fast, reliable validation of 6-lobe recess geometry before parts advance further in production.
Manufactured in accordance with TMF-801 and TQM-801 standards, the gage confirms proper drive interface formation, lobe geometry, and acceptance limits for production control.
Each gage is heat treated, thermally stabilized, and surface treated to maximize hardness and wear resistance. All sizes are calibrated to specified dimensional tolerances and are traceable to NIST standards.
Ideal for:
In-process production inspection
Operator-level quality checks
Manufacturing line validation
Automotive fastener production
Aerospace and critical component manufacturing
The 2190 Series allows rapid GO / NO-GO verification directly on the manufacturing floor.
