#20000 Internal 2-Point™ Thread Gage System
The #20000 Internal 2-Point™ Thread Gage System is a precision internal thread inspection platform designed for accurate and repeatable measurement of internal thread characteristics.
The advanced internal thread gage frame utilizes state-of-the-art linear bearings to ensure zero deflection and smooth, controlled movement. Consistent measuring force and stable gage action provide highly repeatable readings throughout the entire measuring range.
The 2-Point™ design allows fast setup and easy changeover between thread sizes, making it ideal for production environments.
Adjustments are made using a master thread setting ring gage, allowing size changes in seconds and reducing inspection time to a fraction of that required for traditional GO/NO-GO plug gages.
