#1291 EXTRA (TXP) TAMPER RESISTANT GO PENETRATION GAGE
The Universal Punch #1291 EXTRA (TXP) Tamper Resistant GO Penetration Gage is designed for manufacturing inspection of internal hexalobular Plus (TXP) tamper-resistant drive recess fasteners.
Manufactured in accordance with NIQ-804.1.2 and CIQ-804.1.2 standard references, this precision GO penetration gage provides a fast, accurate, and repeatable method for verifying proper functional engagement depth of internal TXP tamper-resistant recesses during in-process inspection and receiving applications.
This GO-style inspection gage ensures that recess geometry meets minimum dimensional requirements for driver engagement and torque transfer capability in production environments where tamper-resistant drive systems are utilized.
Universal Punch gage probes are heat treated, thermally stabilized, and surface treated to provide additional hardness for maximum wear resistance. All probe elements are calibrated to specified dimensional tolerances and are directly traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
SPC-compatible digital indicator systems are available for integration into statistical process control inspection programs.
