#1285 EXTRA (TXP) FINAL INSPECTION GO GAGE
The Universal Punch #1285 EXTRA (TXP) Final Inspection GO Gage is designed for receiving and final inspection of internal hexalobular Plus (TXP) drive recess fasteners.
Manufactured in accordance with NIQ-811 and CIQ-811 standard references, this precision GO inspection gage provides a fast, accurate, and repeatable method for verifying minimum functional engagement of internal TXP recess features prior to shipment or final assembly.
The GO element ensures that the internal recess meets minimum dimensional requirements for proper driver engagement and torque transfer performance, reducing the risk of installation failures due to undersized recess geometry.
Universal Punch gage probes are heat treated, thermally stabilized, and surface treated to provide additional hardness for maximum wear resistance in demanding inspection environments. All probe elements are calibrated to specified dimensional tolerances and are directly traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
SPC-compatible digital indicator systems are available for integration into statistical process control environments when required.
