#1195 HEXALOBULAR CYLINDRICAL NO-GO GAGE
The Universal Punch #1195 Hexalobular Cylindrical NO-GO Gage is designed for rejection inspection of internal hexalobular recess fasteners in production and receiving inspection environments.
Manufactured in accordance with IFI 562, ISO 10664 3.3.2, and JIS B1015:2008 standards, this cylindrical NO-GO inspection gage provides a fast, accurate, and repeatable method for detecting oversize internal recess conditions that may result in reduced torque transfer capability or premature drive failure during assembly.
This production-ready inspection tool is used to confirm that internal hexalobular recess geometry does not exceed maximum allowable dimensional limits. Fasteners that accept the NO-GO element are considered non-conforming and are rejected prior to final assembly or shipment.
Universal Punch gage probes are heat treated, thermally stabilized, and surface treated to provide additional hardness for maximum wear resistance in harsh manufacturing environments. All probe elements are calibrated to specified dimensional tolerances and are directly traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
The #1195 Cylindrical NO-GO Gage is ideal for manufacturing environments utilizing SPC-monitored quality assurance systems.
