The Universal Punch #1191 Hexalobular GO Production Gage is designed for functional GO penetration inspection of internal hexalobular recess fasteners in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Manufactured in accordance with IFI 562, ISO 10664 3.3.1, and JIS B1015:2008 standards, this production inspection gage provides a fast, accurate, and repeatable means of verifying internal drive recess geometry to ensure proper torque transfer performance and assembly reliability.

This GO penetration gage is used during in-process inspection to confirm internal recess conformity prior to downstream operations. Universal Punch production gages are engineered for durability in harsh manufacturing environments and support SPC-compatible digital indicator configurations where process monitoring is required.

All gage probes are heat treated, thermally stabilized, and surface treated to provide additional hardness for maximum wear life. Probe elements are calibrated to specified dimensional tolerances and are directly traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

SPC-compatible digital indicator configurations are available upon request.

    Certification & Traceability
