1182 Series TX No-Go Fallaway Gage
Hexalobular (TX) Drive Maximum Material Verification
The Universal Punch 1182 Series TX No-Go Fallaway Gage provides a fast, repeatable method for verifying maximum material condition in 6-lobe (TX) fastener drive recesses.
This gage is used to identify over-sized or improperly formed drive recesses that may result in reduced torque transfer, cam-out, or accelerated driver wear during installation.
Designed for production floor inspection, this system ensures that fastener drive geometry remains within acceptable functional limits.
FOR HEXALOBULAR DRIVE SYSTEMS (ANSI/ASME, DIN, JIS & ISO 10664 STANDARDS)
