The #1181 6-Lobe (TX) GO Penetration Gage is a manufacturing production inspection tool designed to verify minimum functional recess engagement depth in internal 6-lobe fasteners.
This GO gage is engineered for high-volume production environments where fast, repeatable confirmation of proper recess formation is critical. The 1181 Series confirms that the recess meets minimum penetration requirements to ensure proper driver engagement and torque transfer.
Manufactured in accordance with TMF-804 and TXQ-804 standards, each gage is calibrated to certified dimensional tolerances and is traceable to NIST standards.
