Fastener Head Height and Dimensional Attribute Inspection System
The Universal Punch 9450 Series Protrusion Height Gage is designed to measure critical fastener dimensional attributes including head heights, body diameters, across flats, across corners, and lengths. Interchangeable gaging plates are available in both inch and metric configurations and are certified to ANSI/ASME and ISO standards.
Manufactured from high-speed steel and heat treated for dimensional stability, the gaging plates are thermally stabilized and hard chrome plated for wear resistance. All hole sizes are measured using the industry-recognized “Height Over Ball” method to ensure true dimensional accuracy for inspection and quality control applications.
